Bruce Lyon Real Estate was established by Bruce Lyon in 1955 with the sole purpose of providing a professional and complete real estate service.  Throughout the early 1960's and 1970's Land Estates were created in the Northern Districts by Bruce Lyon's vision which afforded familities new and exciting lifestyles in quality controlled estates in suburbs such as Beecroft, Epping, Carlingford and North Rocks.

In 2000, Susan, David and Tim Cale (brothers and sister) became Directors and shareholders in Bruce Lyon Real Estate.  Born and raised in Dunedoo in the Central West of New South Wales, the family have previously owned and operated successful Real Estate and Stock and Station Agencies in Dunedoo, Dubbo and Narromine.   Tim and David have been Real Estate, Stock and Station Agents most of their adult lives and they have both enjoyed great success in their chosen profession.
 
 The business today is founded on the values with which we grew up as children and which we laughingly refer to as the “Cale Factor”.  The “Cale Factor” is unique to our family and business and provides our clients with the opportunity of dealing with a family owned and operated business. We are perfectionists who have a true desire to achieve the best possible results for our clients – we will try our hardest for as long as it takes to get a positive result.
    
Tim, David and Susan are involved in every aspect of the day to day running of the business and are in the fortunate position of having a very solid team of people to assist them. 
   
The entire family, now covering three generations, lives, works and goes to school in Epping.
