Joining Bruce Lyon Real Estate in 2005, Lorna brought to our office over 25 years customer service experience in both Real Estate and corporate environments. As our senior Property Manager, Lorna is responsible for the day to day operations of the Department and has developed many strong relationships with both landlords and tenants alike. Lorna has become an integral part of the Bruce Lyon team and believes that the Property Management Division offers a service that is both unique and personable. Having resided in the Hills District herself for many years, Lorna has developed a solid working knowledge of the community and district. This knowledge has helped her to understand the complex requirements of managing property within the Sydney real estate market today.

Merna joined the Property Management Division of Bruce Lyon Real Estate in April 2006 as our Property Officer and quickly became a valued member of our team. Having developed a sound technical skill base with two franchise agencies, Merna quickly adapted to our unique in-house systems and brought to our department a focused comitment to achieving the best possibe outcomes for landlords and tenants alike. As our Property Officer, Merna is primarly involved with periodic inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections and tenant/client liaison. She has quickly become a very popular addition to the Bruce Lyon team and is held in high regard by both tenants and landlords.
